With a new business start-up, it is not possible for us (right now) to bake everyday. Our days that we bake for Summer 2021 is Monday nights and Thursday nights. This means that breads and pastries are available Tuesday mornings and Friday mornings!

can i make arrangements for pickup directly with the baker?

Yes! You can Contact Us to submit a request through our on-line form, or email questions@painneuf.com. We will try to work with you within our constraints to get our delicious bread to you!

how does the beeker’s general store pickup work?

When any product is purchased from the website and what Beeker’s is selected as the pick-up site, your bread will be waiting for your inside the Beeker’s General Store on the morning of the bake. Your bread will be waiting for you during the entire time Beeker’s is open (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM). It is vitally important to pick up your order before Beeker’s closes to ensure freshness and to avoid logistical issues!

You need to enter the store, explain that you have a baking order and they will find it for you. There is no purchase necessary [at Beeker’s] to pick up your bread order.

what happens if I don’t pick up my order before the location closes?

This is a situation we hope never happens, but may be a possibility given specific circumstances out of one’s control. Unfortunately, when the bread is delivered, it has left the bakery and the pick-up location may not be set-up to store food. So, if an order is not picked up before the site closes, then the order is likely discarded.

do you ship to places outside of northwest ohio?

At the moment, no. Shipping baked goods relies on receiving your orders in a timely manner. As such, any shipping method would involve guaranteed next-day delivery by 10:30 AM, which is very costly. There is not enough volume to qualify for shipping discounts with any carrier, so those costs would be passed on to you, the customer. Also, Pain Neuf will ensure to mark any package as fragile, but it cannot guarantee that the handling will never damage any baked goods.

are you looking to establish more pickup locations

Yes, Pain Neuf is actively searching for a partnership to offer bread at various pickup locations.
